I’m Loren Sweigart, Managing Director. For more than 30 years I’ve sat in sales, operations, M&A, advisory, and finance seats across multiple industries. That mix lets me see both sides of the equation: what’s happening inside your accounting system, and what’s really happening on the ground in your business.
Today, I work with leaders to build an accounting and finance function that does more than keep score. We design books, reports, and rhythms that support profitable growth, smarter decisions, and fewer financial surprises.

Bookkeeping & Accounting
Clean, current books are the foundation of everything else we do.
We handle the day‑to‑day accounting work so you have accurate, timely financials and don’t have to think about debits, credits, or closing the books.
Typical monthly bookkeeping retainers for businesses are from $500–$3,000+/month, depending on transaction volume, complexity, entities, and how much we’re handling (AP/AR, payroll coordination, reporting cadence, etc.).
Very small organizations (including some nonprofits) may fall below this range; larger or more complex operations may be above it.
In practice, that can include:
  • Monthly transaction posting and reconciliations (banks, credit cards, loans)
  • Month‑end close and review to catch issues before they snowball
